Forever Young (75+) March Luncheon

Come join us for a St. Patrick's luncheon and live entertainment on Friday, March 24, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm in the Ministry Center.  RSVP to the Parish Office at 704-364-5431 by March 20.  Our Mission: To provide the parishioners of St. Gabriel who are of the age of 75 and over, a fun environment and the opportunity to join together in fellowship.


St. Gabriel Artists Group

St. Gabriels O.W.L.S. (55 +) March Meeting

The next meeting of the St. Gabriel O.W.L.S.(55+) is Wednesday, March 15, at 10:30 am, in the Ministry Center.  A wonderful group of Irish dancers will be performing for us.  Lunch will be catered by Arts Barbecue.

Spiritual Writers Group

Knit at Night

If you knit, crochet, embroider, needlepoint...bring your current project and join us for lively fellowship, innovate tips and creative fun.  This is NOT a class.  We meet the third Thursday of the month.  Next meeting:  December 15 at 6:30 pm in the Ministry Center, Room C.  Questions?  Contact Cathy Esposito at 704-362-5047 ext. 276.


Women’s Fun & Fit Exercise Group 

Looking for a way to exercise and socialize at the same time?  Our Fun & Fit weekly class for women 55+ meets in the Ministry Center on Tuesdays from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.  It is a chair exercise class to upbeat music, using stretch bands and streamers to strengthen the upper body.  Classes are free and include time to socialize.  New participants are welcome to join anytime!  Lunch, Bunco or birthday celebrations often take place after the class.  Contact Laurel Hamber at laurelcardinali@gmail.com with questions.  


 

Red Cross Blood Drive:  Sunday, March 19

This Lenten season, please consider giving up a pint of blood at the March 19th Blood Drive in the Ministry Center.  Appointments can be made between 8:00 am and 12 noon by signing up in the Narthex or contacting Karen Brown at kbrown@stgabrielchurch.org, or 704-362-5047, ext. 214.  Your donation may give someone another Easter.


Cluster 30 Dinner Meeting
