Experience the power of the spoken Gospel, enhanced with music and beautiful imagery, to personalize and celebrate scripture in our daily lives.

Hear the Gospel of Luke as members of the Early Church experienced it — as stories handed down from memory through an "oral tradition", internalized, personalized, shared!  Paulist Father James DiLuzio memorized the entire Gospel of Luke and now uses the power of the spoken Word, enhanced with music and beautiful imagery, to personalize and celebrate scripture in our lives. Fr. DiLuzio will present Luke chapters 3-8 over the course of the 3-day mission.  This scripture tells of the baptism of Jesus, the temptation in the desert, the call of the first disciples, healings and reconciliation.  Each session promises a unique combination of scripture, drama, hymns, fellowship and more!

About Fr. DiLuzio

Father James DiLuzio is a Paulist priest and a missionary to the United States, traveling to parishes throughout the USA since 2002, offering his dramatic proclamation of the Gospel of Luke. Before his ordination in 1993, Fr. DiLuzio earned a B.A in English and Education from Montclair State University, New Jersey, an M.A. in Drama from the University of Southern California, followed by several years working as a teacher, actor and director.
