Bishop Martin has designated the hard-hit parishes of St. Margaret Mary in Swannanoa and St. Elizabeth in Boone
as our sister parishes through April 2025. We are grateful to pray for them and provide pastoral and financial support (through our Hurricane Relief Fund).
Our Hurricane Helene volunteer efforts are currently focused on helping those in the hard-hit community of Swannanoa, NC (including parishioners of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church) with cleanup and home repairs - including a mobile home community where 30+ homes were flooded.
