Many of us are experiencing stress and anxiety in this prolonged season of uncertainty and difficulty.
Through our Mental Health and Wellness Ministry, we are grateful to offer this short podcast series on anxiety. We’ll explore how it shows up in our lives, and offer some ways to cope with it - including beautiful ways our faith can help us - through conversations with Christine Simpson, parishioner and therapist in private practice, and Fr. Mike Mitchell, our Parochial Vicar, facilitated by Darby McClatchy, Communications Director.
